Pamela Jennings

Pamela Jennings is a senior consultant at fassforward consulting group and the Chief Creative Officer. Pam has a unique ability to take complex content and frame it in simplistic visual form. She has shared her knowledge and competency in the area of multi-modal communication with key Executives in Fortune 500 companies turning PowerPoint presentations into powerful communication vehicles. She has helped senior executives understand that they are themselves a brand providing their own unique value to their client base on behalf of their corporations.

Prior to joining fassforward, Pam served in senior management positions and as a consultant implementing IT and knowledge management and communication strategies for consumer and technology companies including Bayer Corporation, Lucent Technologies, and American Express. Pam began her career in intellectual capital management at Gartner as a Research Analyst in the Knowledge Management Practice. She later reported to the CIO in oversight of the acquisition and integration of European IT research firms Dataquest and Datapro.

Pam brings to each client engagement a unique understanding of how organizations can gain competitive advantage through the development of state of the art communication methods and applications, the development of human capital, and intellectual diversity. A graduate of Yale University, Pam served as an adjunct researcher on the African and African American Studies Frederick Douglas Papers Project and authored “Seeing Cinque: A Perspective on African American Achievement,” which appeared in the Connecticut English Journal Quarterly 2002.
