Pam served as Vice President of Business Transformation and in Operational Strategy roles in the payments and fintech spaces leading the largest efforts that companies have undertaken from operations optimization to strategy realignment and evolution.  Today, Pam is focused on helping her clients understand how to lead change through telling the change story and activating the culture.
